Water Mitigation Process Involves Sanitization and Mold Remediation

This home experienced a large water loss. that started in the bathroom and quickly spread to other parts of the home. In the before picture, you can see mold growth occurred on the backside of the wall where the water damage originated. 

As part of the water mitigation process, we check for mold and oftentimes sanitize as seen in the after picture. This helps remove anything harmful that might have grown before the water was cleaned up and dried out. 

When the owner noticed the water damage, they gave us a call immediately and we came out to start the mitigation and restoration process.
