I called SERVPRO of North Chandler to help me with a mold and water problem in my home. The mold resulted from a huge water leak, so they helped me get rid of the mold and dry out the water. They were immediately responsive, and their team was able to come out within 24 hours. They did a great job of assessing the situation and educating me about what I could do to prevent future problems. I highly recommend them!

Less than 48 hours before our open house our ceiling collapsed in. My insurance suggested I use SERVPRO. Tiffany had her guys out within 2 hours. The first person who arrived to our house was Jordan. He was very sympathetic of our situation, throughly explained the process to us and quickly got to work drying the area. He even came back after the plumber left to assure the equipment was put back correctly. The next person to arrive to our house was David, he arrived soon after I found out our insurance would most likely not cover our leak. He was very sympathetic and said he would help us find someone to repair the drywall. Once the area was dried, Jordan and Vinny came out to remove the drywall. She was very helpful and stayed on top of communicating with my insurance and getting all estimates to us in a timely manner.
